Eligibility for Returns:
- You may initiate a return within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. We will provide you with further instructions and a Return Level (RL) via email.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent any damage during transit.
- Clearly place the provided RL number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective item.

- Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
