  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • You may initiate a return within 10 business days from the date of delivery.
    • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. We will provide you with further instructions and a Return Level (RL) via email.
    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent any damage during transit.
    • Clearly place the provided RL number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
    • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  5. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing details and any supporting evidence (such as photos). We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
  7. Final Sale Items:

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
